Well, let me tell you about a tool that could become your go-to tool for meditation and inner well-being: the <b>Insight Timer<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">For those not familiar with it, <b>Insight Timer<\/b> is a free app where you find content such as guided meditations, relaxing sounds and-my companion in every meditation, now-the <b>customizable timer for meditating<\/b>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">You only need a few touches to create a space of your own, with gentle bells accompanying you at the beginning and end of your practice, like an echo reminding you to return to the present.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Insight Timer was awarded &#8220;app of the year&#8221; by Time and is an invaluable tool for our mindfulness journey.<\/p><p class=\"p3\"><b>Why use Insight Timer<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p1\">Insight Timer offers numerous features that support meditative practice<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Meditations led<\/b> by qualified teachers from around the world<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Customizable timer<\/b> with different types of bells<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Practice journal<\/b> to note insights and progress<\/li><\/ul><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li1\"><b>Detailed statistics<\/b> on time spent in meditation<\/li><\/ul><p> <\/p><p class=\"p1\">Insight timer has become one of my daily tools.
