November 2015. It was a gray period: I would get up in the morning and I didn’t understand why to get up. I had to go to work, of course, live family life, be there. Yet I would have liked to stay under the covers.<\/p>\n\n

Two months later, in late January 2016, I found myself catapulted inside a whirlwind of emotions.<\/strong>We were in Guastalla, in a gym. It was raining outside, there was even a bit of that mist of the Bassa, the kind that Valerio Varesi describes so masterfully in his novels.<\/p>\n\n

Inside that gymnasium, however, it seemed as if they had painted everything in rainbow colors: the music, laughter, smiles, and excitement made the atmosphere lively and vivid. The energy was through the roof.<\/strong>In one day my life flashed before me like a movie, and I was reminded of the wonderful things that had led me there.It wasn’t all gray, if I thought about it: there were plenty of reasons to be happy with what I had done so far. And, again, there was the knowledge that I was right where I was supposed to be, that from that day on nothing would ever be the same, that the good was yet to come<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Workshock<\/strong> is theevent-conceived and led by Richard Romagnoli-that<\/strong> triggered a switch in me. It was the beginning of a personal journey that then brought with it a desire to spread what I had received.<\/p>\n\n

Since then, Stefano Colombari<\/a> and I have led several people to discover their laughter. We proposed to many people to become themselves, LEADERS of laughter and happiness<\/strong>. On all those occasions, the difference was made by the people<\/strong>, with their experiences and lives, with their enthusiasm<\/strong> and joy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Here are at least 3 good reasons to be a LEADER, some of them suggested to us.<\/h2>\n\n

1) IT IS AN INDELIBLE LIFE EXPERIENCE<\/h3>\n\n

Being a LEADER of happiness,<\/strong> a person who makes his or her happiness and joyful essence an instrument of union, is an indelible experience that will never be erased by anything. It is so strong that it produces a real change in the heart and mind. It is an experience FOR and WITH people, who find themselves inseparably united with each other, as is only natural<\/p>\n\n

2) IT’S PERSONALLY ENRICHING, IT’S A SOURCE OF AWARENESS<\/h3>\n\n

“My life is unique, I want to live it.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

\"A<\/figure>\n\n

Discovering within yourself how wonderful there is is an experience of awareness. Realizing how much you are worth gives you the courage to give yourself to others<\/strong> and the knowledge that if you need something, the best thing is to give it.<\/p>\n\n

3) IS A TRANSFORMATION<\/h3>\n\n

“I discovered a new laughter, the laughter of my inner child. I think it is one of the best ways to break down inhibitions, barriers and to transform emotions.”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

Emotions can be recognized and then managed, without rejecting them.<\/strong> In this way what was not useful is transformed and becomes awareness and wealth. One realizes that the difference is really made by what we think<\/strong>, that our thinking is alive and becomes the reality.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

One morning when I woke up, the realization came to my mind that the word LEADER<\/strong> encapsulates in itself-as an acronym-the essence of what it is:Lightness – Emotion – Love – Fun – Enthusiasm – Laughter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Those E’s are also E’s of Experience. It is the people who participate in the experience who confirm it make it palpable.<\/p>\n\n

Being a LEADER in one’s own life, thanks to laughter<\/a> and the HAPPYFULNESS (HappYness, Mindset, Playfulness) philosophy <\/strong>, is a resounding experience of sharing and togetherness: it brings with it self-awareness, willingness to give, creativity, transformation.<\/p>\n\n
